Role Overview: As a Membership Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth of our membership base within the manufacturing sector. This role is ideal for a passionate and energetic individual who is eager to support UK manufacturing and enjoys a blend of office and field work.
An entrepreneurial mindset is certainly beneficial; you will need to find creative ways of starting conversations with prospective members and creating appeal for MIY membership. An ideal candidate will also thrive when given full autonomy to do whatever is necessary to be productive and successful.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting for New Members: Identify and engage potential members using the latest digital tools and methods.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective members.
Support Existing Members: Provide ongoing support to current members, ensuring they maximise the benefits of their membership.
Sales: Meet and exceed membership sales targets through strategic selling and relationship building.
Member Engagement: Travel across the region to support member activities and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the manufacturing or related sector.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency with digital engagement tools.
Ability to travel as required.
