How your data is collected
We will collect information from you if you complete any forms on our site or if you contact us with comments or specific requests, and will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
What we use your data for
We use your data for the following purposes:
- To provide you with the highest possible level of service and to help you get the best out of this website.
- For the effective administration of this site and to record user patterns.

- To respond to your comments or specific requests.

It may be necessary Made in the Midlands to transfer your information to third party processors, such as mailing houses, partners in joint ventures or to companies contracted to run our events. Arrangements are made to ensure that such information is adequately protected.

Made in the Midlands Limited will endeavour to ensure the information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly. Membership that includes an exhibition space does not include exhibition directs for charges like electricity, carpet and lighting, which are provided by our appointed exhibition contractor.
Members are privy to information and contact information of other member companies, we expect members and sponsors to only use this information for the purposes of marketing and introducing their own products and services, disclosure of this data to outside companies is considered a data breach and in those circumstances we may terminate membership early, but you may still be liable to pay the full year's membership.
Non-solicitation of employees
Our membership advisors are regularly offered employment with various companies, as front line employees this is unavoidable, however, we consider it a serious breach of trust for a member to attempt to poach an employee from our organisation. This would give rise to the risk of a member gaining proprietary information they are not entitled to and gain an unfair advantage on competitors. We, therefore, reserve the right to terminate membership early if we deem this to have happened, and you may still be liable to pay the remaining month's remaining until your renewal date.
This agreement will automatically renew at the end of each term for a further term of 12 months unless either party gives the other written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to the end of the relevant term.
You may cancel your contract by writing to us within 30 days of your renewal date. Information on minors
Made in the Midlands Limited does not knowingly collect for company use any personal information of children under 12 without the consent of their parent or carer.
