Join fellow business leaders and professionals every other Wednesday at 9 am with the Made in Group.
The Made in Group offers businesses a platform to connect and share best practice in the manufacturing community, we do this by facilitating roundtable discussions and networking opportunities at accessible virtual events.
Members also have the chance to learn best practice from 3 hosting speakers, this is followed by a 30-minute round table discussion on relevant topics.
This event's speakers are:
- Dolores Sanders, Co-Founder and Strategic Director at Total Control Pro will be discussing how to make better decisions about technology and industry 4 practices. Ensuring staff are engaged with new technology and understand why they are using is crucial for functionality.
- Richard Parkes Sales & Business Director at Cadspec will be discussing recruitment and how to find the best people for the role. Onboarding and how to best introduce new staff to your business. Finally training and a roadmap for personal development.
- Darren Lightwood MD at Alwayse Engineering will be discussing Carbon Reduction Processes. Daren will particularly focus on how Alwayse has reduced waste, especially plastic, and have upgraded their packaging to use less material. He will also touch on how the company has worked with distributors to reduce the volume of the packaging they’re using too.
