Human Doing vs Human Being

Whilst we are going through the challenges of business (COVID19 notwithstanding) there can be a tendency to concentrate on what needs to be done (human-doing) and not enough on how we need to 'be' (human-being).

Sometimes it's beneficial to take a step back and look at how we need to 'be' when leading our businesses. We've provided a guide '5 Tips for Leading During Uncertain Times' just as a snapshot to help focus on how we lead when facing challenges.
